A thirty-something year old woman who’s newly pregnant and wondering, “what’s next?”.
As an endurance athlete I knew my body and how to push it, but suddenly my body wasn’t only mine anymore. Growing a human takes a ton of work and I’m here to make you feed safe and confident while staying active during and after your pregnancy.
So whether you’re looking to improve your race time and endurance or staying active through and after your pregnancy, let’s work together with training guides or one-on-one with virtual training to keep you confident and healthy during this beautiful season of your life.
