You and your bundle of joy did it! You made it through the REAL marathon of life and now you have the greatest gift of all, a beautiful little Babe.
Congratulations, Mama.
Whether you had a smooth labor and delivery or a long and tremulous time in the hospital, you did an amazing thing. You’re body put in the work to create and deliver a human, you need to recover both mentally and physically.
However, when you’re ready and your doctor has given you the ‘okay” to return to your fitness regimen, I’m here.
Workouts might look a bit different as you restrengthen your core and pelvic floor and that’s where I can help.
With workouts specific to healing your body and regaining your strength - we can tackle postpartum and staying strong as we raise and move with our little ones together.
