Prenatal - Stay Active in each trimester

Congratulations on embarking on one of the most rewarding and labor intensive seasons of your life!

Pregnancy is one of the most natural, and yet, can be the most intimidating time of life. Add stepping into the gym or trying to navigate your workouts with a changing body, and you might feel like you’re in over your head - I know I did.

Questions flooded my mind:

  • Is this safe for my baby?

  • Can I still take part in my favorite activites?

  • Who else is going through this that I can speak to?

Before starting a family of my own, I was an endurance athlete and in the gym everyday leading Group Fitness Classes and meeting with clients as a Personal Trainer. However, once those little blue lines appeared on that beautiful stick, everything I once knew about my body and how to function with it in the gym, few out the window!

Seeking further education not only for myself, but for my Clients, I decided to pursue a certification working with Pre- and Postnatal Clients going through one of the biggest transitions of their lives.
